Under the constant protection of local Maasai tribes people, we’ll take you in the bush for an exhilarating game drive, or you can soar high in the sky on a hot-air balloon safari. Room reservations

Allison Kreglow, Epicor Director of Global Events, will confirm all hotel arrangements and program requests on behalf of our attendees.  Please note clearly on your registration any special requests you have, enabling her to make your stay more comfortable.  Each Epicor winner will receive one, single room. Rooms have either a king size bed or two twin beds.  Your bed request will be given to the hotel and confirmed on a space available basis.  Guests are responsible for their own incidental charges.  

Extending your stay

The Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti does not have availability for any early arrivals or extensions.  If you wish to extend your trip in Africa, we can put you in touch with our local partner, Dragonfly Africa Travel Group for options. 

Additional family members beyond your hosted guest

Please note that all Circle of Excellence events are only for the winner and their adult (21 and older) hosted guest. Circle of Excellence is a business event, therefore additional family members (under 21) beyond your hosted guest, are not permitted to attend  Epicor sponsored events.  If you plan to bring children you will need to arrange childcare through the hotel (not Epicor event staff) to be with your children during events and activities.

Hotel gratuities

For your reference, Epicor has taken care of gratuities for ground transportation, hotel porterage, hotel room attendants, and game drives for you and your guests.
