Please note that all Circle of Excellence is hosted for only the winner and one guest. 

If you are planning on bringing additional family members beyond the ONE hosted guest, please note that you are responsible for all costs associated with bringing this guest.  Due to the location of this event, we are traveling by private planes and transportation to and from the Four Seasons Serengeti with limited seating.  All winners and guests will be accommodated before any additional guests will be approved.  Costs will vary depending on available seats on the private planes.  Please note, this is business event for Epicor and no one under 21 is permitted to attend Epicor sponsored events.  

 

The Four Seasons Serengeti policy permits guests aged 2 years and above only.  All guests under 2 yrs old are not permitted.

Where the second person sharing is a child aged 2 - 17, the room is charged as a double regardless of age
Where the third person sharing in a double room is a child aged 2-10, we will offer complimentary food and nonalcoholic
beverages and no charge for overnight accommodation
Where the third person sharing in a double room is a child aged 11-17

Extra adults sharing are charged USD 341 per person per night on all-inclusive basis and Children are charged USD 200
when aged 11 to 17 (Children aged 2 to 10 are free of charge)

Hotel ( 10-17): $600

Travel fees are based on availability and if an additional airplane or vehicle is needed to accommodate your additional guest, additional fees will apply.

Transfer from Kilimanjaro to Arusha: $ 60 per person

Private flights to Serengeti Airstrip: $405 per person ** pending availability. 

Four Seasons Transportation  $1375

Fees for airport/ drivers/: $80 per person

For games drives – due the nature of the activity, children aged 2-10 are not permitted to participant in Epicor sponsored game drives.
