When and where is the conference being held?

Insights for Building Supply and Retail will be held at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, NV.

Full-day and half-day Extended Education Boot Camps will be held Monday, November 18, 2024, and the two-day conference will be November 19-20, 2023.

What does the conference cost?

  • 2-Day Conference
    • $650 — Early-bird Registration: September 13, 2024
    • $750 — Regular Registration: September 14, 2024
  • Boot Camps:
    • $550 — Full-day Extended Education Boot Camps
    • $275 — Half-day Extended Education Boot Camps

Can I transfer my registration to someone else in my company if I cannot attend?

Yes. Substitutions can be made in writing to the Epicor events team at events@epicor.com.  Please include the names of both the original and substitute registrant.

What if I need to cancel?

A full refund will be issued until Friday, November 1, 2024. After this date, a 50% cancelation fee will apply. All cancelations must be made in writing and addressed to "Epicor Insights for Building Supply and Retail 2024 —CANCELATION" sent by email to events@epicor.com.

Are meals provided during the conference?

All conference attendees with badges will have access to continental breakfast and lunch, along with two evening receptions.

  • Monday- Breakfast & Lunch provided for Extended Education Boot Camp Attendees (pre-registration and additional payment required to attend Extended Education Boot Camps and the breakfast and lunch on Monday)
  • Monday - Reception for all attendees
  • Tuesday - Breakfast, Lunch & Reception for all attendees 
  • Wednesday - Breakfast & Lunch provided for all attendees

What is the dress code for the conference?

The attire is business casual. The meeting space can be cold, so please bring a jacket or a sweater for your comfort.

Rates at MGM Grand vary depending on your arrival and departure dates.  Below are the nightly discounted rates provided to Insights for Building Supply and Retail attendees.  Please check the booking link for rates pre or post Nov 17 - 20, 2024 which will be available based on hotel inventory and availability. 

Your rate will be an average for your stay and will include an applicable Clark County Room Tax which is currently 13.38%, subject to change.

  • Sunday, November 17: $199.00
  • Monday, November 18: $169.00
  • Tuesday, November 19: $169.00
  • Wednesday, November 20: $289.00

A reduced daily Resort Fee of $26.00 (reduced from $39.00) plus applicable taxes will be added to each guest room.

The daily resort fee includes:

  • Property wide high speed wireless internet access in public areas, meeting spaces and in-room
  • Unlimited local and toll free calls
  • Airline boarding pass printing
  • Cardio room access for guests 18+

Parking

  • Vehicles that are self-parked at any MGM Resorts parking facility will be subject to a parking fee of $18.00 - $23.00 per day.
  • The valet parking fee is $35 per day.
  • All parking fees repeat every 24 hours.
  • Parking fees increase Friday through Sunday and during special events.
  • Self-parking is complimentary for MGM Rewards members level Pearl and higher and valet parking is complimentary for MGM Rewards members level Gold and higher.
  • All complimentary parking is subject to availability.
  • For registered hotel guests, the 24-hour parking fee (self or valet) includes “in and out” privileges at the guest’s originating MGM resort
  • Destination and includes the same “in and out” parking privileges at any other MGM resort Destination within the same 24-hour period,
  • subject to availability.
  • Parking fees are subject to change and parking is subject to availability.
