Rates at MGM Grand vary depending on your arrival and departure dates.  Below are the nightly discounted group rates provided to Insights for Building Supply and Retail attendees.  Please check the booking link for rates pre or post Nov 17 - 20, 2024 which will be available based on hotel inventory and availability.  The resort has a variety of room types at varying rates for you to choose from.  Please reference the link above for the most current availability and pricing.

Your rate will be an average for your stay and will include an applicable Clark County Room Tax which is currently 13.38%, subject to change.

• Sunday, November 17: $199.00
• Monday, November 18: $169.00
• Tuesday, November 19: $169.00
• Wednesday, November 20: $289.00

A reduced daily Resort Fee of $26.00 (reduced from $39.00) plus applicable taxes will be added to each guest room.

The daily resort fee includes:

• Unlimited local and toll free calls
• Airline boarding pass printing
