Room reservations

Allison Kreglow, Director, Global Events, will confirm all hotel arrangements and program requests on behalf of our attendees.  Please note clearly on your registration any special requests you have, enabling her to make your stay more comfortable.  Each Platinum Elite Council winner will receive one, single room. Rooms have either a king size bed or two twin beds.  Your bed request will be given to the hotel and confirmed on a space available basis.  Guests are responsible for their own incidental charges.  

Extending your stay

For those wishing to arrive early or stay later at the Four Seasons Punta Mita, you may request an extension to your stay at the Resort, based on availability.  We have been able to secure a group rate (3) days prior and post to our program dates.  If you would like to make arrangements outside of the program dates, please request your preferred dates when registering.  The room rate is $425 per night plus applicable taxes and is subject to change. 

** Four Seasons Punta Mita has limited availability for pre and post extensions.  All efforts will be made to accommodate your requests.  The hotel does not have availability for anyone that wants to arrive prior to Dec 3rd.  

Hotel check-in & check-out

Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm.

Onsite babysitting

This is an available accommodation at the resort.

Hotel gratuities

For your reference, Epicor has taken care of gratuities for ground transportation, hotel porterage,  and hotel room attendants, for you and your guests.
