**  If you are not an Epicor employee, your guest will need to create an account if they haven't used Navan before.   Please use the invitation to book your flights.  Both you and your guest will receive invitations to book flights.

Epicor employees :  When booking your flights, please add your guest to your reservation using the highlighted box below. If your guest  has NOT used Navan before, you will need to create a profile for your guest using a UNIQUE EMAIL ADDRESS.    Select the "create new traveler" to create a new profile.  This guest email address CANNOT be an Epicor email address.  

Non-Epicor employees will each need to book their tickets separately.

Epicor Travel Policy

This trip is considered a business trip and the Epicor travel policy is should be followed.   Guest under 21 are not permitted to attend. Flight booking are to follow the booking policy outlined in the Navan invitation.   Please refer to the Prepare for Your Trip page on this website for details regarding meals and expenses covered.    If you are an Epicor employee, please refer to the Epicor Travel policy located on Epicnet.  

Ground Transportation

Epicor will provide each winner and one hosted guest transportation to and from the airport to the Four Seasons Punta Mita Resort.

Instructions for finding your schedule transportation at the airport

ARRIVAL Transportation:

After you pick up your luggage and go through customs, you will walk through a long hallway, then through the arrival greeting area, all the way out to the sidewalk. There will be companies offering rides however, Four Seasons will be waiting for you on the sidewalk. 

When you walk out of the airport, turn left and look on the left-hand side a Four Seasons representative in a Four Seasons uniform and name tag who will be holding a sign that is Four Seasons logo on wooden background.

 

After you have contacted and checked in with our host/representative, you will be escorted outside in direction of the main avenue, to your private vehicle and be introduced to the driver. The ride to the Resort will take approximately 45 minutes from the airport.
