Are you ready for an adventure? In Jackson Hole, we’ve got plenty to choose from. Nestled in a verdant mountain valley, our Five-Star alpine Resort is surrounded by some of America’s most rugged peaks, celebrated ski runs and an inspiring array of wildlife in nearby Grand Teton National Park. Fuel up with a hearty breakfast at Westbank Grill before your morning ski, hike, bike, raft – you name it – then come back for a soothing massage in our Spa or a soak in our year-round, heated pool before meeting for dinner at The Handle Bar. In Wyoming, evenings are for kicking up your boots and gathering with friends and family around the fire – and we’ve saved you a seat.

Room reservations

Cindy Valdes,  Epicor VP  of Global Events, will confirm all hotel arrangements and program requests on behalf of our attendees.  Please note clearly on your registration any special requests you have, enabling her to make your stay more comfortable.  Each Platinum Elite Council winner will receive one, single room. Rooms have either a king size bed or two twin beds.  Your bed request will be given to the hotel and confirmed on a space available basis.  Guests are responsible for their own incidental charges.  

Extending your stay

For those wishing to arrive early or stay later at the Four Seasons Jackson Hole, you may request an extension to your stay at the Resort, based on availability.  We have been able to secure a group rate (3) days prior and post to our program dates.  If you would like to make arrangements outside of the program dates, please request your preferred dates when registering.  The room rate is $325 per night plus applicable taxes and is subject to change. 

Hotel check-in & check-out

Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm.

Onsite babysitting

This is an available accommodation at the resort.

Epicor hospitality desk

The Platinum Elite Council Hospitality Desk, located outside the Willow meeting room on the lobby level, will be open daily.   If you are arriving outside of these hours, your room key will be available at the hotel’s front desk. The hotel will make every attempt to have your room ready; however, the guaranteed check-in time is 4:00 p.m. If you have an earlier scheduled arrival, please make sure to pack a small bag with a change of clothes or have them easily accessible, so that you may enjoy the resort while you wait for your room. 

Hotel gratuities

For your reference, Epicor has taken care of gratuities for ground transportation, hotel porterage,  and hotel room attendants, for you and your guests.
