Instructions on Booking Air with TripActions
All Winners and Guests need to book their travel via TripActions. You must complete your event registration and THEN you will receive an email invite to book flights for Platinum Elite Council. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this email. DO NOT BOOK TRAVEL UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE EMAIL INVITATION.
** If you are not an Epicor employee, you and your guest will need to create an account and book your tickets separately. You will each receive an invitation from TripActions.
EACH ATTENDEE MUST HAVE A UNIQUE EMAIL ADDRESS. You will need to create a profile for you and your guest if you are not an Epicor employee. TripActions will prompt you through this process. If you are an Epicor employee , please do not use an Epicor email for your guest.

Both winner and guest are highly encouraged to download the TripActions app.
Epicor employees : When booking your flights, please add your guest to your reservation using the highlighted box below. You will need to create a profile for your guest using a UNIQUE EMAIL ADDRESS. This guest email address CANNOT be an Epicor email address.
Non-Epicor employees will each need to book their tickets separately.

Epicor Travel Policy
This trip is considered a business trip and the Epicor travel policy is should be followed. Guest under 21 are not permitted to attend. Flight booking are to follow the booking policy outlined in the TripActions invitation. Please refer to the Prepare for Your Trip page on this website for details regarding meals and expenses covered. If you are an Epicor employee, please refer to the Epicor Travel policy located on Epicnet.
Ground Transportation
Epicor will provide each winner and one hosted guest transportation to and from the airport to the Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole Resort.
Instructions for finding your schedule transportation at the airport
Upon arrival into Jackson Hole Airport), please look for a representative right after you enter baggage claim with an Epicor sign. You will be directed to point out your luggage to our porters. Our staff will direct you to the waiting transportation to escort you to the hotel.
If you have missed your flight and need to change your pick-up time, please call Cindy Valdes at (949)230-6510. The Epicor event staff will advise you of your departure transportation information once you arrive in Jackson Hole. If you have any questions, please ask the staff at the Epicor Circle of Excellence Hospitality Desk.

Parking at hotel
- Valet parking is available, with unlimited in-and-out privileges. $42 per car, per night.
- **All costs associated with renting a car are at the travelers expense including valet parking.
