When and where is the conference being held?
The Leadership Summit will be held at Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass in Phoenix, AZ, which is located approximately 17 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). Transportation is not provided.
Who should attend?
Leadership Summits attendees are personally invited by their Epicor Sales team. The conference has something for everyone—from IT-focused professionals to business executives.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else in my company if I cannot attend?
Yes. Substitutions can be made in writing to the Epicor events team at events@epicor.com. Please include the names of both the original and substitute registrant.
What if I need to cancel?
All cancellations must be made in writing and addressed to "Leadership Summit Arizona 2026 —CANCELLATION" sent by email to events@epicor.com.
Are meals provided during the conference?
All conference attendees with badges will have access to continental breakfast and lunch, along with two evening receptions.
- Monday, Jan. 19 - Reception for all attendees
- Tuesday, Jan. 20 - Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner at the Koli Equestrian Center for all attendees
- Wednesday, Jan. 21 - Breakfast and Lunch provided for all attendees
What is the dress code for the conference?
The attire is business casual. The meeting space can be cold, so please bring a jacket or a sweater for your comfort. The attire for dinner on Tuesday, January 20th is casual with Jeans and closed-toe shoes recommended. If you are attending the optional golf round, golf course attire is required by the course.
Do you have more information about my hotel reservation?
When you register to attend the Leadership Summit, Epicor will make your hotel reservation and pay for the room rate, resort fee plus applicable taxes for two nights at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass, for arrival no earlier than January 19 and departure no later than January 21. You’ll be required to provide your own credit card for any incidental charges for those two nights.
Rate: $349.00 plus prevailing daily resort/porterage/housekeeping fee or $25.00.
The resort fee includes:
- Enhanced high-speed Internet access
- Access to Aji Spa Fitness - Work Out Room
- Two (2) bottled waters in-room, replenished daily
- Any Local, Long distance (domestic) and 1-800 guest room calls
- Shuttle service to the Phoenix Premium Outlets, Whirlwind Golf Club and Gila River Casino
- Tennis court and full tennis equipment rental (subject to availability)
- All scheduled cultural activities (seasonal)
The above resort fee is subject to applicable tax which is currently 13% and is subject to change without notice.
Will golf be offered?
Epicor is proud to host an optional round of golf at the neighboring Whirlwind Golf Club, on the Cattail course, on the afternoon of Wednesday, January 21. Green fees, club rental and cart will be covered by Epicor, as will your hotel room on the night of Wednesday, January 21, if needed. You'll be able to indicate your interest in the golf outing when you register for the Summit. Note that Epicor will only cover your hotel room for the night of Wednesday, January 21 if you are playing golf with the Epicor group.

Can I stay longer at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass?
If you would like to arrive earlier than January 19 or depart later than January 21, you'll be responsible for all charges for those extra nights. The group discounted rate of US$349 plus applicable taxes and fees will be offered to you based on hotel availability. This rate will expire on December 18, 2025. Please contact Sarah White (sarah.white@epicor.com) to verify hotel room availability and exact rates before making your travel plans.
Can I park my car at the hotel?
If you plan to drive to the Summit, the hotel offers complimentary self-parking.
