This includes the sessions, hotel stay at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass for up to two nights (January 19-21, 2026) and meals for two executives from your company. If you choose to stay for gold on the afternoon of January 21, the golf and the 3rd room night at the hotel will also be covered by Epicor.
Hotel Accommodations
Epicor will make your hotel reservation and cover the cost of the hotel room and resort fee plus taxes for two nights at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass in Phoenix for the night of January 19 and 20. (Epicor will also cover the hotel cost for the evening of January 21, if you stay for golf.) You’ll be required to provide your own credit card for any incidental charges.
If you would like to arrive earlier than January 19 or depart later than January 21, you'll be responsible for all charges for those extra nights. The group discounted rate of $349 + $20 resort fee plus applicable taxes per night will be offered to you based on hotel availability.
