What is Insights for Building Supply?
Formerly known as the Epicor LBM User Conference, Epicor Insights for Building Supply is the official customer conference for Epicor BisTrack and LumberTrack customers. It brings together the largest gathering of Epicor BisTrack and LumberTrack users, prospective customers, partners, developers, thought leaders, press, and employees for a two-day learning and networking experience that focuses on Epicor for Building Supply platforms, Building Supply best practices, solutions, and future plans. With educational sessions and extensive hands-on labs, the conference offers the opportunity to learn, connect with peers, and understand your industry best practices.
When and where is the conference being held?
Insights for Building Supply will be held at the The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, AZ.
Full-day and half-day boot camps will be held Monday, November 14, 2022, and the two-day conference will be November 15-16, 2022.
What does the conference cost?

Can I transfer my registration to someone else in my company if I cannot attend?
Yes. Substitutions can be made in writing to the Epicor events team at events@epicor.com. Please include the names of both the original and substitute registrant.
What if I need to cancel?
A full refund will be issued until November 1, 2022. After this date, a 50% cancelation fee will apply. All cancelations must be made in writing and addressed to "Epicor Insights for Building Supply 2022—CANCELATION" sent by email to events@epicor.com.
Are meals provided during the conference?
All conference attendees with badges will have access to continental breakfast and lunch, along with two evening receptions.
What is the dress code for the conference?
The attire is business casual. The meeting space can be cold, so please bring a jacket or a sweater for your comfort.

A daily Resort Fee of $5.00 plus applicable taxes will be added to each guest room.
The daily resort fee includes:
