Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass

When you register to attend the Leadership Summit, Epicor will make your hotel reservation and pay for the room rate, resort fee plus applicable taxes for two nights at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass, for arrival no earlier than January 19 and departure no later than January 21. You’ll be required to provide your own credit card for any incidental charges for those two nights.
If you would like to arrive earlier than January 19 or depart later than January 21, you'll be responsible for all charges for those extra nights. The nightly group discounted rate of $349 + $25 resort/porterage/housekeeping fee plus applicable taxes will be offered to you based on hotel availability. The daily resort fee (covered by Epicor on Jan 19-21) includes:
- Enhanced high-speed Internet access
- Access to Aji Spa Fitness - Work Out Room.
- Two (2) bottled waters in-room, replenished daily.
- Any Local, Long distance (domestic) and 1-800 guest room calls.
- Shuttle service to the Phoenix Premium Outlets, Whirlwind Golf Club and Gila River Casino
- Tennis court and full tennis equipment rental (subject to availability)
- All scheduled cultural activities (seasonal)
