The discounted single occupancy rate of MYR900 will be offered to all conference attendees that book their room prior to Friday, 10th  February 2025. 

• All rates quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and is subject to 8% Service Tax (SST)
• A Tourism Tax of MYR10.00 per room per night is imposed on all foreign nationals with the exemption to Malaysian citizens and permanent residents of Malaysia
• Please note when booking that the discounted rate of MYR 900 is inclusive of breakfast for 1 adult. Additional breakfast is chargeable at MYR115.00+ (MYR124.20nett) per person per day.
• An extra bed is chargeable at MYR150.00+ (MYR162.00nett) per unit per room per night, for adults 19 years and older.
• Complimentary Premium Wi-Fi access is available in all guestrooms and common areas with unlimited devices.

Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur Cancellation Policy:

Individual delegate will make their own reservations directly to the Hotel (by email or booking link) and guest room must be guaranteed by individual’s credit card at time of booking. Any reservation cancelled 2 weeks prior to your chosen arrival date will result in late cancellation charge equivalent to full duration of stay. Early departure will be charged for the duration as originally reserved.

All conference sessions and meals will take place at Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
