Can I transfer my registration to someone else in my company if I cannot attend?
Yes. Substitutions can be made in writing to the Epicor events team at events@epicor.com. Please include the names of both the original and substitute registrant. Please also provide all necessary information for the new attendee which includes: email, title, company name, phone number, address, any dietary restrictions and their emergency contact / phone number.
What if I need to cancel?
A full refund will be issued until January 19, 2026. After this date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. All cancellations must be made in writing and addressed to "Epicor Insights for Automotive 2026—CANCELLATION" sent by email to events@epicor.com.
Are meals provided during the conference?
All conference attendees with badges will have access to continental breakfast and lunch, along with two evening receptions.
- Monday - Evening Welcome Reception for all attendees
- Tuesday - Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner for all attendees
- Wednesday - Breakfast & Lunch provided for all attendees
What is the dress code for the conference?
The attire is business casual. The meeting space can be cold, so please bring a jacket or a sweater for your comfort.

Epicor has reserved a block of rooms at the conference venue hotel at a discounted rate for conference attendees.
Rate: $194.00 plus prevailing daily resort fee or $40.00.
The resort fee includes:
