Are meals provided during the conference?

All conference attendees and paid guests will have access to applicable meals including the Welcome Reception Monday evening, lunches and breaks Tuesday and Wednesday and dinner Tuesday evening.

What is the dress code for the conference?

The attire for Insights is business casual. The meeting space can be cold, so please bring a jacket or a sweater for your comfort.

How do I book my hotel at the Epicor rate?

Epicor is pleased to offer an attendee rate per room/ per night of EUR 175.32 plus city tax

Open the link to the hotel website in your browser: Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West:
Select your check-in and check-out date and choose the occupancy type.
Click on “Selected rates” and tick “Promotional code”.
Insert the unique group code EVENT206
Click “Search” and choose from the available rooms and options in the results.
Insert your personal details and guarantee your booking with a valid credit card.
Once completed you will receive a digital confirmation to the provided email address.
Rooms and rates are available for the event dates from 20-06-2026 to and with 25-06-2026 only. For any pre- and post-stay requests outside the official event dates please email to eventplanning.amsterdam@parkinn.com

How to get to the Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West

From Amsterdam Central Station

By public transport: The Sprinter train takes you to Amsterdam Sloterdijk station in 15 minutes, which is approximately 350 meters from the hotel.

By car: Please use Gatwickstraat 2 in Amsterdam as the address of the destination. You will then arrive at the hotel's parking lot, situated directly underneath the hotel.

By taxi: The ride takes about 15 minutes and is approximately 5 kilometers.

From Schiphol Airport

By public transport: The Sprinter train takes you to Amsterdam Sloterdijk station in 15 minutes, which is approximately 350 meters from the hotel.

By taxi: The ride takes about 15 minutes and is approximately 15 kilometers.

How do I register?

Can I transfer my registration to someone else in my company in the event I cannot attend?

Yes. Substitutions can be made in writing to Insights registration at events@epicor.com with the names of both the original and substitute registrant and/or guest.

Early Bird Registration: €460 Euros (1 February- 27 March)
Regular Registration: €570 Euros (28 March - 22 May)
Late Registration: €700 Euros (23 May - 22 June)

What if I need to cancel?

A full refund will be issued until 21 May 2026. After this date, a 75% cancellation fee will apply.
All cancellations must be made in writing and addressed to "Epicor Insights 2026—CANCELLATION" and emailed to events@epicor.com.

How do I get a copy of my registration invoice?

A link to your invoice(s) will be sent to you in your registration confirmation email. Please click on that link to print out the invoice(s) to send in with your company check for payment. If you need an additional copy, you can access your invoice(s) through your registration record or email events@epicor.com.
