Karol Pawlowski is a Senior Advisor in Digital Transformation at the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC), where he leads projects that help organisations unlock the value of digitalisation. With over 15 years of experience spanning ERP implementation, product development, and business systems consultancy, Karol has worked across manufacturing, infrastructure, and technology sectors in both the UK and Poland.
His career includes serving as ERP Project Manager, where he delivered full lifecycle ERP implementations for SMEs, and as Technology Manager at MTC’s Digital Engineering group, where he guided ERP selection, integration, and process optimisation for complex projects. Today, he advises SMEs on digital transformation strategies, process mapping, and change management, with a strong focus on the human factor in technology adoption.
Karol holds an MBA in Management of Manufacturing from Aston University and a BSc (Hons) in Control and Robotics from the Technical University of Poznan. Known for bridging technical expertise with business insight, he is passionate about helping organisations navigate digital change with clarity and confidence.
