During this hands-on lab, we’ll deep dive into building powerful, dynamic dashboards that track KPIs and enable integrated business planning, all underpinned by financial performance.
In this session, you'll learn how to:
- Create custom dashboards that integrate data across multiple databases, enabling cross-functional visibility across sales, purchasing, inventory, and finance in a single executive snapshot.
- Slice and dice data using full period, custom periods, and month-to-date analysis to support better decision-making.
- Analyze across databases to build meaningful ratios (including OTIF/DIFOT) and visualise performance through KPI summaries and variance analysis.
