Elevated Education workshops provide a structured way to develop and validate your skills in Epicor applications. In the Prism AI Financial Foundations workshop, participants will configure the Prism AI experience to surface high-value financial insights and apply structured prompting techniques to generate accurate, decision-ready outputs using real finance scenarios.
This hands-on session blends system configuration, guided prompting for custom data, and practical validation techniques to ensure AI-generated insights meet finance standards for accuracy and reliability.
Participants who successfully complete the assessment will earn an Elevated Education credential, demonstrating validated proficiency and readiness to apply Prism AI within their organization.
By the end of the session, attendees will be prepared to implement Prism AI effectively, validate output accuracy, and establish a repeatable framework their finance team—and other business units—can build upon.
