This session combines a guided overview with hands-on activity to help you confidently navigate and use Epicor’s support portals. We’ll begin with a short presentation highlighting recent enhancements and key capabilities in EpicCare, along with an overview of the broader portal landscape available to customers.

In the second half, you’ll move into an interactive lab where you’ll see the portals in action and walk through key setup steps. This includes demonstrating how to access different portals, streamline login using single sign-on with Epicor Identity, and configure multi-factor authentication to strengthen security. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer understanding of how the portals work together and practical experience accessing and using them more effectively.
