Explore learning styles, training types, and hands-on exercises for assessing and building a program for your team. Learn how to measure training effectiveness and impact. Leverage the Epicor Learning Center (ELC) to manage teams, permissions, and use the content to support training goals. Ideal for managers, learning admins, and anyone responsible for employee development.

Cost: There is an additional $375 fee to attend this session.

• Understand different learning goals and instructional approaches to enhance employee development.
• Evaluate and select appropriate enrollment options for team members within the Epicor Learning Center.
• Use Epicor Learning Center (ELC) tools to build, organize, and deliver your training program.
• Monitor and measure training progress and effectiveness using ELC reporting features.
