Program Level: Beginner
During this session, you learn the basics about the Business Process Management (BPM) toolset. Use BPM to automate and control business processes in Kinetic. This toolset does this through three directive types – Method Directives, Data Directives, and Updatable Query (BAQ) Method Directives. You will explore the differences between a method directive, a data directive, and an updatable query method directive to understand which type can best handle your business need. You will then create method, data, and updatable query method directives using the BPM Workflow Designer. You link BPM widgets to create condition and action workflows. You then test the directives to verify they carry out their automated actions.
Note: It is recommended that you register for EE 2 (Beginner) and EE 13 (Advanced).
Cost: There is an additional $375 fee to attend this session.
