Epicor's objective is to help customers get the most out of Eclipse to power their business forward. Customer Value Exchange Workshops teach customers how to better and more fully utilize their software “Eclipse”. Often times we hear customers say, “I’m paying for 100% of the available functionality but I feel my people are only utilizing and aware of a 30-40%." As a result, we are able to bring the customer’s needs, suggestions, and enhancement requests directly to our development team for examination and execution. The CVEW is a two-way street while we’re onsite through the exchange of ideas with our customers, a very refreshing experience for both sides!
