This session will review a set of customizations related to multi-level make-to-order and make-to-job relationships. This package of customizations gathers collections of all child jobs related to a single top-level parent job and organizes the list into a single view to streamline the process of managing all activity related to a single end item order. Users select any top-level parent job in an updatable dashboard and manage updates to all of the related jobs in a single view. This customization leverages a complex updatable BAQ powered by a CTE (Common Table Expression) and a scheduled Epicor function that establishes and manages the parent/child relationships using UD columns.
