UPDATE - We are sold out of rooms at Gaylord Opryland.  Selecting the Gaylord below does not mean you will have a room there, it means that you are requesting dates to check in and check out and a different hotel will be assigned to you, please look for an email from Amanda Solon.

Epicor employee's room and tax will be hosted by Epicor. You will be required to leave a credit card imprint for incidental charges upon check-in to the hotel.

Epicor will pay for employee's room + tax and fees May 23 - 26, 2022 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. If you have been asked to arrive earlier or stay later than May 23 - 26, 2022 for Extended Education or other business related reasons you can select your necessary arrival and departure dates as you proceed through the registration process. Please note that if your dates are outside of May 23 - 26, 2022 a member from the events team will reach out to you for manager approval.

Employees that come in earlier or stay later than May 23 - 26, 2022 and are not approved for business reasons will be held responsible for their own hotel charges.
