Program Level: Beginner

This session will focus on leveraging advanced features of Epicor ECM (DocStar) to implement best practices in document/content management, improve AP invoice management processing efficiency, and gives an introduction to often overlooked features of the ECM solution.  The session will also introduce you to Intelligent Data Capture (IDC) functionality and show how best to use it in your workflows, as well as building of custom web forms in the ECM tool to initiate workflows and capture information from people outside of Kinetic. While this session covers several features of ECM, it also provides an excellent introduction to the module and provides you with knowledge allowing you to better reap the benefits of your ECM investment.

Cost: There is an additional $350 fee to attend this session.
