During this lab, you’ll learn how to use financial statements and historic financial data to create a customized budget and forecast that can include multiple entities, countries, divisions, etc. We will cover: - How to integrate non-financial data into your Profit and Loss budget and compare historic financial data from previous years - Use your existing budget to re-forecast throughout the year - Create a cash forecast using 3 statements - Create simple charts to visualize trends at-a-glance and present them back to stakeholders
