Program Level: Beginner

This introductory session is designed for anyone using BisTrack who wants to become more comfortable with Epicor Financials (EF). Attendees may be new to EF, or they may be BisTrack users preparing to move from Microsoft Dynamics GP or QuickBooks to EF. Participants will gain hands-on experience through real-world examples that show how data flows from BisTrack into transaction groups in EF. Once in EF, participants will learn how to post groups and complete common back-office finance workflows.
The session will help attendees build confidence in EF transaction processing for general ledger, accounts payable, and bank reconciliation. By the end of the session, participants should understand the core EF workflow, know how BisTrack transactions connect to EF, and feel confident using EF for daily financial tasks.

♦ Introduce BisTrack users to Epicor Financials and its role in daily finance operations.
♦ Familiarize attendees with the look and feel of EF and system navigation.
♦ Show how transactions move from BisTrack into EF and support accounts payable, bank reconciliation, general ledger entries, financial reporting, and inquiries.
♦ Build attendee confidence with the full financial workflow and common EF back-office tasks.

♦ BisTrack customers and team members new to Epicor Financials.
♦ BisTrack users transitioning from Microsoft Dynamics GP or QuickBooks to EF.
♦ Financial and Back-Office Users working with general ledger, accounts payable, payments, deposits, bank reconciliation, and reporting.
♦ Users new to EF navigation, transactions, and daily financial workflows.

Prerequisites:
♦ Bring a laptop with internet access for the training environment.
♦ Arrive 15 minutes early to connect to the internet and training environment.
♦ Basic familiarity with BisTrack workflows and terminology.
♦ General knowledge of accounting concepts, including invoices, payments, deposits, suppliers, customers, and bank reconciliation.
♦ Willingness to follow guided examples and ask questions during transaction-processing demonstrations.
