Program Level: Beginner This session is designed to introduce you to the Field Service offering using Service and Maintenance. You will learn how to stage your systems in order to utilize the functionality. You will also walk through actual transactions from entering service orders to dispatching and invoicing. FSM is a cloud-based offering that allows you to handle those service calls in the field. It helps with dispatching and streamlining administrative operations. It improves customer service and allows you to effectively deploy your technicians. Some key benefits of this product are equipment service history tracking, scheduling and dispatch management, and contract management. In this session, you will be able to review all of these benefits and see them first-hand. Cost: There is an additional $350 fee to attend this session.
