Kinetic offers a range of tools that help you customize the system to reflect your business flow or industry. This two-part series is a journey through creating a custom solution, building its database back end, refining its user interface, and deploying it. During this second session, you design a user interface (UI) that incorporates the foundation elements you built during the first session. Add the dataviews, fields, and other features to finish the application. You then bundle it as a solution that you install in a live environment. Lastly you define security access to the custom solution. Note: If you cannot attend the Part 1 session, you can still enroll in this Part 2 session. You first install example files from the first session and then continue building the custom application.
Cost: There is an additional $350 fee to attend this session.
Objectives:
- Create the custom application in Application Studio
- Set up the application to display data from custom BAQs
- Create custom events that launch actions
- Test the application to verify it runs as expected
- Bundle the application using the Solution Workbench
- Secure the application to limit access to it
