In this session, join Rich Chadwick of United Electric to learn the success and use cases they have implemented in their business. By working with a third party using the Eclipse Order Entry APIs, United Electric has streamlined the order entry process for inside Sales. The process takes a customer email containing a list of products, then matching those products, using AI, with United Electric's Product file. The results along with various product information from the Eclipse APIs are displayed for review and the results create a bid in Eclipse.
