During this hands-on lab featuring Epicor Data Analytics (EDA), powered by Phocas, you'll learn to create powerful dynamic dashboards that track KPIs and enable integrated business planning - all underpinned with finance performance in mind. Exercises include:  •  creating custom dashboards which integrate data across multiple databases and enabling integrated planning across departments i.e. sales, purchasing, finance - a single snapshot dashboard •  slicing and dicing the data for different views, including analyzing full period, custom periods or drill down to month-to-date •  analyzing across databases to build ratios including OTIF/DIFOT and visualizing within a dashboard or receiving just-in-time analysis
